Structural: The Structural care I provide is traditional chiropractic care. It includes a thorough physical assessment and specific chiropractic adjustments together with basic myofascial work if needed. Within this care plan, I primarily focus on the spine and pelvis and their biomechanics. I recommend Structural care to patients that present with mild physical discomfort, and that seek efficient, rapid and precise care to recover their physical ease. A Structural session lasts between 10 to 15 minutes and should take place 1 to 3 times a week, depending on each individual case. People who choose to engage in this plan are encouraged to take an active part in their care and incorporate a healthier lifestyle based on general evidence-based recommendations.

Structural+: The idea behind this care type is to go more in depth with both the assessment and the therapy techniques and to broaden their reach. Structural+ care is full body orientated and encompasses a variety of soft tissue work, extending the scope of care beyond the spine and pelvis to the cranium, temporomandibular joints and extremities. Of course, all the modalities provided in our Structural  care underpin the Structural+ care and are included in it. Structural+ sessions last about 30 minutes and their frequency is expected to be between 1 to 2 times per week for a determined amount of time depending on each individual case. People who choose to engage in this plan are expected to take an active part in their care and adopt a healthier lifestyle based on general and specific evidence-based recommendations.

Complete: This is our most complete and elaborated care plan designed to tackle the most difficult of cases and optimize health to the best of our abilities. It is highly individualized and all encompassing with multi-systems focus. Beyond the modalities included in the care types mentioned above, Complete care includes a comprehensive structural, biochemical and emotional analysis to identify the exact stressors affecting health and how to overcome them according to the body’s priority. Sessions last  about 1 hour and are expected to be repeated between 2 to 4 times per month for a determined amount of time depending on each individual case. People who choose to engage in this plan are expected to take an active part in their care and should be ready to implement the adequate lifestyle changes based on general and personally tailored evidence-based recommendations.
