This visit option takes things a step further. It is designed for individuals who need more in-depth support—particularly when discomfort lingers, aches or injuries return, or issues resurface after previous care.
Building on everything included in our Regular visits, Extended visits offer a broader assessment and deeper therapeutic approach. Sessions are full-body focused and incorporate a variety of hands-on interventions. The focus extends beyond the spine and pelvis to include the cranium, jaw, and extremities, offering a more comprehensive and connected view of the body.
This type of visit is a good starting point, and many times all that is needed for people experiencing long-standing structural discomforts, such as muscular pain, joint issues, ligament sprains or re-sprains, and TMJ-related concerns. While the visit remains structurally focused, we may also draw on insights from Applied Kinesiology to better understand compensatory patterns and support the body’s response.
Sessions last around 30 minutes and are provided in a one to one format. Frequency is typically one to two times per week for a determined period, depending on the individual case.
You are encouraged to take an active role throughout your care by implementing helpful changes in posture, movement, and daily habits, based on general and individually tailored recommendations.
